摘要: In this paper, three-dimensional (3D) finite element analyses of a real-scale group-pile foundation subjected to horizontal cyclic loading are conducted using a program named DBLEAVES. In the simulations, nonlinear behaviors of ground and piles are described by subloading model and the axial-force dependent model (AFD model) which considered the axial-force dependency in the nonlinear moment-curvature relations. In order to consider the influence of an effective stress path on the prediction of the group-pile foundation, the analyses are conducted within the framework of the soil-water coupling method with finite-difference and finite-element regime. The material parameters of soils are determined based on conventional triaxial drained compression tests on undisturbed and remolded specimens. The applicability of the proposed numerical method is encouraging, and therefore, it is quite confident to say that the method can be used to predict the mechanical behaviors of group-pile foundation to a satisfactory accuracy, particularly with the effective stress analysis.

Centrifuge model test on dynamic behavior of group-pile foundation with inclined piles and its numerical

摘要: In this paper, dynamic behavior of a group-pile foundation with inclined piles in loose sand has been investigated with centrifuge model tests. The test results are also simulated with elastoplastic dynamic finite element method, in which, not only sectional force of piles, stress of ground, but also deformation of piles are calculated using a three-dimensional elastoplastic dynamic finite element analysis (Code name: DGPILE-3D). The numerical analyses are conducted with a full system in which a superstructure, a pile foundation and surrounding ground are considered together so that interaction between pile foundation and soils can be properly simulated because the nonlinearities of both the pile and the ground are described with suitable constitutive models. Different types of piles, vertical pile or inclined pile, are considered in order to verify the different characteristics of a group pile foundation with inclined piles. The validity of the calculation is verified by the model tests.

DX桩群桩承载性状的数值分析

摘要:

通过数值计算对不同桩间距的DX桩群桩进行了分析研究。结果表明:DX桩的群桩效应随着桩间距的减小而逐渐明显,间距为6倍桩径的群桩极限承载力是间距为3倍桩径的群桩极限承载力的1.32倍;群桩间距由3倍桩径增大为6倍桩径时,群桩效应系数由0.59增大为0.78;群桩间土体沉降的最大值发生在两扩盘中间位置处,且随着桩间距的增大而减小。

DX旋挖挤扩灌注桩群桩数值分析研究

摘要:

通过数值计算软件FLAC3D对DX旋挖挤扩灌注桩(简称DX桩)群桩的承载性状和桩周土体的沉降规律进行了研究。分析了桩间距、承力盘布置对群桩极限承载力和沉降控制能力的影响,并比较了6根基桩的DX群桩和8根基桩的直桩群桩的极限承载力。研究结果表明:DX群桩的基桩具有DX单桩的受力性状。承力盘下方土体位移大于承力盘上方土体位移,盘腔上部出现临空面。3D(D为盘径)桩间距的承载力和沉降控制能力最佳。同一地层内,承力盘布置方式(平行、错开布置)对DX群桩的承载力影响甚微。6根基桩的DX群桩的极限承载力是8根基桩的直

摘要: Based on pile foundation construction of No. 6 main pier, deep mudstone geological foundation and deep-water construction in Nanjing-Dashengguan Yangtze Bridge, the method of super-large-diameter bored pile in deep water is studied. The spread drill, application of PHP mud, and choice of machine are solved by adopting two machines of KTY4000 and KPG300A. Besides, the airlift reversing circulation is selected in slag discharge. The results show that this method can ensure successfully the construction of pier foundation to satisfy the demands of codes.

Influence of axial load on the lateral pile groups response in cohesionless and cohesive soil

摘要: The lateral response of single and group of piles under simultaneous vertical and lateral loads has been analyzed using a 3D finite element approach. The response in this assessment considered lateral pile displacement and lateral soil resistance and corresponding - curve. As a result, modified - curves for lateral single pile response were improved with respect to the influence of increasing axial load intensities. The improved plots can be used for lateral loaded pile design and to produce the group action design -multiplier curves and equations. The effect of load combination on the lateral pile group response was performed on three pile group configurations (i.e., 2×1, 2×2 and 3×2) with four pile spacings (i.e., = 2 , 4 , 6 and 8 ). As a result, design curves were developed and applied on the actual case studies and similar expected cases for assessment of pile group behavior using improved p-multiplier. A design equation was derived from predicted design curves to be used in the evaluation of the lateral pile group action taking into account the effect of axial load intensities. It was found that the group interaction effect led to reduced lateral resistance for the pile in the group relative to that for the single pile in case of pure lateral load. While, in case of simultaneous combined loads, large axial load intensities (i.e., more than 6 , where is lateral load values) will have an increase in -multiplier by approximately 100% and will consequently contribute to greater group piles capacities.

Optimum lateral extent of soil domain for dynamic SSI analysis of RC framed buildings on pile foundations

摘要: This article describes a novel approach for deciding optimal horizontal extent of soil domain to be used for finite element based numerical dynamic soil structure interaction (SSI) studies. SSI model for a 12 storied building frame, supported on pile foundation-soil system, is developed in the finite element based software framework, OpenSEES. Three different structure-foundation configurations are analyzed under different ground motion characteristics. Lateral extent of soil domain, along with the soil properties, were varied exhaustively for a particular structural configuration. Based on the reduction in the variation of acceleration response at different locations in the SSI system (quantified by normalized root mean square error, ), the optimum lateral extent of the soil domain is prescribed for various structural widths, soil types and peak ground acceleration levels of ground motion. Compared to the past studies, error estimation analysis shows that the relationships prescribed in the present study are credible and more inclusive of the various factors that influence SSI. These relationships can be readily applied for deciding upon the lateral extent of the soil domain for conducting precise SSI analysis with reduced computational time.

Model test of the group piles foundation of a high-speed railway bridge in mined-out area

摘要: The research on the mechanism of pile-soil-cap-goaf interaction and settlement of high-speed railway bridge located in mined-out area is still relatively rare. By taking the pile group of Guanshandi bridge foundation in Hefei-Fuzhou high-speed railway as the prototype, a model test is carried out. According to the similarity theory, the similar constant is derived and the similar model material is determined. Meanwhile, three types of data including the bearing behavior of piles, and the settlement law, and soil among piles are investigated. It can be found that: the influence of goaf on the bearing capacity of pile is inversely to the loading degree, the larger of loading degree, the smaller impact of goaf on the bearing capacity. There is no negative side friction can been found in pile body and the degree of downward tendency for the barycenter of side friction layout is obvious for piles in goaf. Although the bearing ratio of soil resistance under cap is relatively large, the cap effect is suggested be ignored considering the characteristic of goaf. There is a maximum critical value for the uneven settlement of pile group in goaf, and when the value is reached, the uneven settlement stop growing anymore. In addition, the formula for calculating bearing capacity and settlement of pile group in goaf based on test results, theory analysis and related standard is established.

桩基作为一种古老的建筑形式在当前的发展中仍发挥着巨大的作用。伴随着工艺和技术的革新,各种新桩型不断地涌现,并取得了巨大成功。DX桩作为其中的一种较为突出的桩型得到了广泛的应用。笔者从DX桩的发展、工艺特点、成桩优势、国内外研究进展以及工程应用等多方面进行了详细的阐述。

Displacement and force analyses of piles in the pile-caisson composite structure under eccentric inclined

摘要: A novel anchorage for long-span suspension bridges, called pile-caisson composite structures, was recently proposed by the authors in an attempt to reduce the construction period and costs. This study aims to investigate the displacement and force behavior of piles in a pile-caisson composite structure under eccentric inclined loading considering different stratum features. To this end, both 1g model tests and three-dimensional numerical simulations were performed. Two groups of 1g model tests were used to validate the finite-element (FE) method. Parametric studies were then performed to investigate the effects of groundwater level, burial depth of the pile-caisson composite structure, and distribution of soil layers on the performance of the pile-caisson composite structure. The numerical analyses indicated that the influence of the groundwater level on the stability of the caisson was much greater than that of the piles. In addition, increasing the burial depth of the pile-caisson composite structure can assist in reducing the displacements and improving the stability of the pile-caisson composite structure. In addition, the distribution of soil layers can significantly affect the stability of the pile-caisson composite structure, especially the soil layer around the caisson.

海上风机桩式基础结构形式综合模糊优选

摘要:

针对海上风机基础设计中经常遇到复杂的方案优化选型问题,将多因素、多级模糊优选理论引入到基础的设计选型中。针对影响因素复杂、确定隶属函数主观因素较强的情况, 成功引入因素的优先关系法来确定优选矩阵的隶属度, 较好地解决了确定隶属函数的人为影响。通过此优选模型成功地将影响基础设计选型的13 种主要因素和4 种桩基基础设计形式进行了多级模糊综合优选决策,得到了比较理想的决策结果, 为海上风机基础设计选型提供了新的思路。

根据不同的水深及地质条件,结合已建成的海上风电场基础形式及施工方法,介绍和研究了重力式、单桩、群桩、设置沉箱、沉井及吸力式筒形基础等几种形式。对不同的基础形式,分别提出了自升式平台、浅吃水半潜驳、打桩船及整体浮运吊装等相应的基础施工方法。根据风机机组类型,对塔筒和风机的安装也做了介绍。

DX桩在桥梁基础中的应用

摘要:

DX桩以其单桩承载力高沉降量小的优点,在一般工业与民用建筑中得到了比较广泛的应用。最近一些桥梁工程也采用了这种新型桩技术。以北京市某桥梁工程为实例,通过试桩抗压静荷载试验,得出单桩竖向抗压承载力试验值,并且从单桩竖向抗压承载力、桩沉降量方面与直孔桩作了比较,还简单地分析了DX桩在受到竖向荷载作用时轴力沿桩身的分布情况以及在加载过程中DX桩上下盘盘阻的变化情况。
